An Ark-Size Adventure

Sponsored Content

Take your group on a massive adventure with a visit to the Ark Encounter!

This full-size Noah’s Ark is built to biblical specifications and is huge, measuring 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high. The incredible structure features stunning craftsmanship that is an attraction in its own right. But the main event is the three decks full of exhibits that take guests through the biblical account of Noah’s ark with engaging displays, bringing biblical history to life.

As guests engage with the topic of Noah’s ark and dive into the evidence, they’ll learn how the flood forever changed earth’s landscape with the scars and effects still visible today. They’ll deepen their understanding of God’s Word by learning how the fossil record and places like the Grand Canyon are connected to the flood of Noah’s day.

The three interior decks have their own focus. On the first deck, guests will learn why the ark was built to the dimensions it was and discover possible answers to the big questions like, how did all the animals fit and how could Noah and his family have possibly cared for so many animals? On deck two, guests will learn about the culture at the time and perhaps grow in their understanding of why God would send a global flood. On the final deck, guests can explore what the living quarters may have looked like and how Noah and his family may have lived on board for nearly a year.

Once the tour of the Ark is complete, the grounds outside are ready to be explored! There is so much to see and do, including a zoo, children’s petting zoo, and a playground for children of all abilities. There is also an Italian-made carousel for the young and old alike that features animals like those represented on board the ark.

For even more adventure, there are zip lines and our Truth Traveler virtual reality experience available for an additional cost.
