First Rocky Mountain Area Exhibit of Chihuly Work at Denver Botanic Gardens

DENVER — The blown-glass sculptures of Dale Chihuly will be on display in an outdoor sculpture garden at the Denver Botanic Gardens June 13 to November 30.

It will be the Rocky Mountain region’s first outdoor exhibition of Chihuly’s work. Ranging in size and style from small water floats to large vertical installations, each sculpture and its placement will relate to surrounding plants, flowers and architecture.

The 24-acre Denver Botanic Gardens is home to more than 30,000 plants displayed in 45 gardens.
