PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. – Dolly Parton’s Dollywood theme park plans to expand again with a 300-room hotel in the summer of 2015. Called the DreamMore Resort, the hotel will feature a restaurant, spa and accommodations that sleep up to six guests in a room.
Eleven specialty suites designed with groups in mind offer private porches with outdoor pool access. The hotel will also include a restaurant and spa.
“My plans for the next 10 years are to expand my Dollywood properties to offer families more opportunities to play together and grow closer while they make their best memories,” said Dolly Parton. “It’s truly the culmination of this county girl’s wildest dreams.”
Dollywood Company recently announced a decade-long $300 million improvement plan for Dollywood, which included the hotel and a new FireChaser Express roller coaster. The new ride will open March 2014.
