Perillo Tours has announced the launch of Journeys of Faith, a program of customized faith-based journeys to Italy and beyond.
Journeys of Faith was created for individuals, churches and organizations across America to participate in organized faith-based trips. Perillo Tours is a family-owned company in its third generation, best known for its longstanding specialty in tours to Italy; the Journeys of Faith program’s brochure features sample itineraries that also visit Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Turkey, Israel and Jordan. Trips range from 10 to 12 days, and feature themes such as Italian Jubilation, Miracles of Southern Italy, The Marian Shrines and Journey of St. Paul.
Each itinerary is planned to blend touring of faith-related attractions and explorations of the culture and heritage of the featured countries. Highlights include walking in the footsteps of Paul in Greece, seeing Michelangelo’s frescos on the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City and sharing a meal with Franciscan monks in Assisi.
The itineraries serve as a starting place for each group’s tour. During the planning phase of a trip, the Perillo team will create customized experiences according the group’s specific interests, such as daily masses and exclusive access to sites not offered on scheduled tours.
