Lake Williamson can host up to 1,350 overnight guests between:

  • 127 modern motel-style rooms with private baths, TVs, and linens; ideal for adults, speakers, and leadership teams.
  • 56 cozy dorm-style rooms are perfect for youth groups or individuals planning to spend most of their time exploring the property.

No matter the season, all lodging accommodations have heating and A/C for year-round comfort and restful nights’ sleep.

Plug-and-Play Meeting Spaces

Lake Williamson offers 18 meeting spaces designed to accommodate a variety of group sizes ranging from 20 up to 1,500.  Our Conference Service team sets your space to your specifications, providing A/V equipment free of charge!

  • The Auditorium is the largest venue on site. It features professional audio/visual technology, a large stage, comfortable seating, and a unique wall-divider system that allows for classroom style rooms on the east and west sides.
  • The Schneider Center,recently rededicated in 2025,is thesecond-largest meeting space available and seats up to 600. It includes a warm, welcoming foyer and two adjacent meeting rooms for breakout sessions or small group gatherings.
