Potomac Park Retreat and Conference Center located in the panhandle of West Virginia, a convenient destination for those located in the Baltimore and Washington DC regions. Potomac Park is strategically located off I-70 and I-81 just 1.5 hours from East metro areas and three hours from Pittsburgh.
Potomac Park underwent massive renovations in 2022, is continuing improvements into 2023, and now has a premier meeting space and coveted lodging accommodations. Paired with the beautifully kept grounds this campus is truly a hidden treasure in a hot spot tourist area!
Potomac Park offers year-round accommodations for up to 400 overnight guests. They offer all-inclusive packages that help keep planning simple and affordable for event planners. A package includes lodging, dining, meeting, and recreation – everything your group needs for a successful event!
Recreation currently includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities such as an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, indoor gymnasium, and plenty of field space. A favorite activity for adults and families is the ‘Pars on the Potomac’ mini golf course. Our mini golf course features beautiful foliage around 18 holes with a central waterfall feature. Another favorite is ‘Slippery Slopes’ the downhill tubing experience!
The Auditorium, Potomac Park’s primary meeting venue saw aesthetic and technical updates in 2022 including fresh paint, upgraded wifi, all new cat6 ran through the building, updated restrooms, and a new breakout room off the foyer entrance perfect for coffee bar and snacks. The best part… groups get to use all A/V/L equipment for free! No hidden fees when you need an extension cord or converter last minute. Plus our guest services team will have your meeting space setup to your specifications upon arrival.
Potomac Park offers 8 additional meeting spaces, perfect for small and mid-size groups. These spaces can be set in a variety of ways: rows, classroom, u-shape. All meeting spaces offer the same guest services experience: a space setup for you with complimentary use of A/V equipment.
Potomac Park is also home to ‘Potomac Perks’, a place to sip into something sensational! Potomac Perks is a slice of coffee paradise located on the Potomac Park campus. Here our retreat guests can treat themselves to a variety of beverages and snacks while relaxing by the fireplace or enjoying a cool breeze on the porch. Potomac Perks is a great location for casual meetings and group breakout sessions.
